• Resend: transactional email delivery for contact form submissions (United States).

Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies and in accordance with applicable data protection agreements.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States through our service providers (Vercel, OpenRouter, and Resend). These transfers are conducted with appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required by GDPR and LGPD.

7. AI Assistant Disclosure

Our website features an AI-powered chat assistant. When you use this feature, your messages are sent to a third-party AI model provider (via OpenRouter) to generate responses. The AI assistant provides general information about our services and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or technical advice. We do not use your chat messages to train AI models.

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for up to 12 months thereafter if no engagement results. AI assistant conversations are not stored beyond the duration of your browser session. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.
